Cecina is a delicious and traditional food from the Peruvian jungle. It is a culinary treasure not only for its great taste but also for its nutritional value. Being considered a "lean meat", cecina enjoys a beautiful privilege in the diet of people focused on restoring a healthy lifestyle and habits, as it has a high nutritional value, higher than chicken and beef and without the antibiotics and chemicals found in them. Cecina not only has a flavor that establishes its presence in any dish, but also has a perfect balance between prominence and complementation with the garnishes and accompaniments that are presented, from a popular Cesar salad, to its traditional preparation with patacones and tacacho. It is also very popular among people who exercise and want to increase muscle mass. Having only slightly more fat than turkey breast, it presents an appetizing but not risky option for a healthy variation in their diets. You can savor its delicious smoky flavor at breakfast, either with scrambled eggs or omelets as a healthy replacement for bacon. Likewise at lunch, you can combine it with greens for a revitalizing salad or with your favorite vegetable salad to provide you with enough energy for your day. And finally, you can include them in grills or as appetizers (cecina sandwiches, for example) in a social or family gathering.

MY EATING HABITS.

Personally, I have very varied eating habits.

For breakfast I usually fry eggs, eat some soup, fruit salad or just yogurt with cereal, although the latter is what I eat the most because it's my favorite. I keep this habit every day.

Regarding my lunch, my lunch is very high in carbohydrates and a lot of vitamins from meats, I hardly eat vegetables, I do not like them, although I know that it is very necessary that it becomes part of my diet.

Dinner is where the amount I eat is very varied, because there are days when I am not so hungry and I just have a tea or coffee, but there are days when I do and I order pizza or some fast food that I am aware that it is not healthy and is very fattening.
